Kristen is a UX Researcher and Designer. For over ten years, she has been crafting delightful experiences - designing and optimizing digital products at the nexus of business and user needs spanning public, private, and non-profit sectors. She is passionate about user-centered design, solving complex problems through design thinking, and using her talents to serve missions with social impact. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband, daughter, and their two German Shepherds, traveling, hanging out with friends, reading, and streaming the latest new releases.
