Mr. Behm is an IT professional, researcher, and the founder of AI Solutions with more than 12 years of experience in computational engineering, data engineering, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and scientific computing. He consults to the DoD, federal government, and the private sector. Mr. Behm leads the data engineering, data science, and overall software development for AI Solutions. He has experience setting up end-to-end data science pipelines involving data migration, data ingestion, data governance, data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence applications. Mr. Behm’s passion for data driven analytics came from his time in the United States Marine Corps as an aviation maintainer where he was part of the AirSpeed program working towards his Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He was on several projects, but his favorite was during a deployment to Camp Leatherneck in Helmand Province, Afghanistan where he implemented a blade weighing procedure that allowed higher combat readiness and reduced the squadron’s man hours by 3200 hours that year.
