Burt has had various jobs in technology over the last twenty-five years. He has worked on a variety of platforms as a database administrator, programmer, system administrator and software architect.  He has a background in management as a project manager in agile and non-agile settings. He was also the Chief Data Officer for the State of Florida where he established standards for data management and enterprise use of data. Burt likes to play tennis and basketball and enjoys to travel.
